Welcome to Nova Directions website,

I established Nova Directions in 2003, with a purpose of raising awareness of the importance and benefits of cultural pluralism in contemporary workplace. Since then I have been supporting individuals in retaining and expanding their unique identities, while positively contributing to organisations achieving sustainable success in the global village our world has become.

I believe that it is possible and desirable that diverse individuals co-exist harmoniously side by side, respecting and including each other’s qualities as traits worth having for own advancement and that of the society.

It is only by utilising diversity and its unlimited creative potential that companies and societies will enhance productivity and grow while remaining responsible.

I work with global leaders and rising talent willing to go beyond their limits.

The following values are upheld in all my professional and personal relations:

Respect – show of utmost consideration for all people;

Inclusion – embracement of the unique presence of all people;

Curiosity – enthusiasm to know and learn from and about self and others;

Integrity – adherence to high moral principles and professional standards.
